STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD
1. First, please scroll down to bottom of page to fill out and submit the registration form (one per child).
2. Then, after submitting the registration form, you will pay the registration fee HERE. (Note that the price increases after April 30.)
3. Lastly, select & purchase specific days / weeks HERE. (Additional camp weeks to come.)
We are excited you are considering sending your child to HCA Summer Day Camp. We’re planning a summer FULL of fun activities for the boys and girls. If you have any questions about registration or camp, please contact Mrs. Ariondo (contact info below).

Registration Fees
(For both weekly and daily programs.) $50 per child until April 30 / $100 per child beginning May 1
Program Fees
Weekly—$175 for the first child & $145 for each additional sibling. Weekly fees are prepaid and are due each Friday for the following week. Fees include admissions to field trips, all craft supplies, and bus transportation.
Daily—Offered only Tuesday and Friday, $45 per day/per child.
Camp Grades
Summer Day Camp is for students entering K4 – 6th grade in the next school year.

Note to Parents
We are excited you are considering sending your child to HCA Summer Day Camp. We’re planning a summer FULL of fun activities for the boys and girls. Our program is designed to:
1) Provide you with peace of mind, knowing your child will receive compassionate, Christ-centered care in a safe environment.
2) Use daily activities to teach your child about God’s amazing universe and His creations.
3) Introduce and develop new skills and interests in an exciting way your child will enjoy.

Summer Day Camp Registration
After submitting this form, please pay the registration fee and select your weeks/days to purchase. On the first day of camp, you will be asked to sign additional forms and waivers for your child.
