The Highlands After School Care (ASC) staff takes care of your children. . . when you can’t! ASC is available for VPK through 6th-grade students at Highlands Christian Academy.

VPK - 6th Full-time Aftercare: 3:00 - 6:00 PM | $3,000

 

Payment Information

There is a charge of $20.00 per hour or any part of the hour for any drop-in use of After School Care due to lateness, special circumstances, etc. These charges will be billed monthly. Full-time aftercare is on a per-semester basis. If you withdraw your child from full-time aftercare during the semester, the child cannot re-enter on a full-time basis until the beginning of the next semester. Drop-in aftercare will be available if the student withdraws from aftercare anytime during the month. No refund will be given for any part of that month’s payment. If your child is using aftercare on a drop-in basis, you may sign him/her up for full-time aftercare anytime during that semester, but you must commit to the remainder of that semester. A form must be filled out in the school office whenever any changes, additions, or withdrawals are made for your child’s After School Care.

The rates for After School Care are annual fees, payable by one of the following options:
1) Year-in-Advance Plan – A 3% discount will be granted. This is due on or before August 1, 2023.
2) Automatic Bank Withdrawal Plan through FACTS: Payments will be withdrawn from your selected bank account once each month for 10 months, July 2023 through April 2024. (Details will be sent to you after registration is complete.) Payments for monthly daycare will not be accepted in the school office; all monthly payments must go through FACTS.

We will accept money order, check, cashier’s check, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover payments for Year-In-Advance payments and drop-in aftercare charges. We discourage cash payments. We will not accept post-dated checks; they will be returned. If a payment does not process successfully on the 5th of the month, or the 20th of the month, based on your agreement with SMART Tuition, it will be reattempted in 7 days. Report cards will not be issued to those students with balances on their accounts. Students with accounts 60 days past due will not be admitted to class or aftercare. Rates are annual rates, and no credit can be given when a child is sick or goes on vacation.
