We have all sinned.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. – Romans 3:23
Sin has a penalty.
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ our Lord. – Romans 6:23
Jesus paid the penalty.
But God demonstrated His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:8
We must believe in Jesus today.
That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. – Romans 10:9
