What is the Knight Fund?
Like all non-federally funded schools, we rely on charitable gifts to meet our annual budget.  The Knight Fund helps bridge the gap that exists between tuition revenue and the actual cost of providing educational and extra-curricular programs for our students.  Unlike tuition, gifts to HCA are tax-deductible as allowable by law.

Knight Fund gifts:
•    Keep tuition affordable to reach and strengthen more students for Christ
•    Enrich our current educational and extra-curricular programs
•    Maintain our facilities
•    Allow continuation of campus security
•    Provide need-based scholarships
•    Enable the handling of unexpected expenses that arise throughout the school year

Why should I give to the Knight Fund?
God has created each one of us in His image and has made us stewards of our time, talents, and treasures.  As stewards managing our God-given resources, we can choose to prioritize the building of His kingdom.  Devoting our resources in partnership with the ministry of Highlands Christian Academy provides the opportunity to build on the school’s foundation and invest in the future of hundreds of young people.  Your financial support provides exceptional facilities and an accomplished faculty to fulfill the school’s mission of assisting parents in the biblical training of students in all aspects of Christian education and living.

How can I give?
The easiest way to give is with cash/check.  These gifts can be given as a one-time amount or payments can be scheduled throughout the year.  Check with your human resource department at work to see if they offer an employee match
program for your charitable donation.  Fill out your portion of the form and give us the rest to fill out and mail.  Other forms of giving include appreciated assets, stocks, charitable trusts and annuities, bequests, endowments, planned giving, property, and gifts-in-kind.  You should always consult tax, legal, and financial advisors to determine the best tax benefits and deductibility of your gift.
