Highlands Christian Academy (HCA) is committed to educational excellence, but we’ve also been entrusted with an even bigger responsibility: coming alongside parents to assist them in teaching children the knowledge and admonition of the Lord.

Because of the importance of this challenge, the administration at HCA hand selects each teacher and staff member. Extensive background checks, multiple references, and thorough interviews are all part of the job application process. We want to do everything in our power to ensure our staff not only have the proper credentials and experience, but also know and love Jesus Christ personally.
